    I have GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 motherboard with all drivers and utilities are installed and up to date. I have both USB 3.0 and 3.1 ports. My wireless USB adapter says it can perform faster if it's connected to USB 3.0 although it's connected in USB 3.0 or USB 3.1 ports. In device manager my USB 3.0 drivers seems to be working fineI have tried uninstall, reinstall update drivers many times without any luck. Also if I attached USB flash drive with USB 3.0 support, It appears as connected to USB 3 but transfer rate is way low and it get too hot also. Any suggestion for a solution to this problem pleas

    my usb 3 port is,nt working,only usb 2,I have the latest drivers as i use intel driver support assistant to get the latest drivers for my pc,can anyone suggest anything please

    Hi folks,
    i was trying to copy some files from an external drive using the usb 3 port on my M/B but it doesnt work, i downloaded the drivers from the Manufacturers website but no luck either, am i missing an important step here? i havent checked the Bios yet

    USB 3 Ports not working

    Maybe the ext.HDD doest not support USB3 , or maybe it has stopped working since who knows when, its a Macro Drive and has the blue usb cable , so thats why i thought it would work, mouse and Kb work fine on every port, i dont have a usb 3 Flash drive to try out so ill get one. Front panel seems ok . However do you think i need to install the drivers on the page i linked?
