Windows 10: USB audio adaptor feedback problem

I recently purchased a USB audio adaptor for my microphone, when i first plugged it in it worked fine, but when i shut down my computer and turned it back on it wont work any more and just produces feedback white noise i have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, i have tried restarting and shutting down my PC, i have tried to uninstall n and reinstall the drives and i have tried to update the drivers but it says they are up to date, the troubleshooter cant find any problems and i have ran out of ideas if anyone has a solution i would greatly appreciate the help thank you.

Could you please suggest me what will be the audio quality and is there will be any chance for the cell phone damage ?

USB Audio Codec Driver

After following all these steps, my usb audio device still does not work. In Settings > Connected devices it list USB Audio Codec Driver is unavailable.
