Windows 10: USB Billboard Device

I am running into this issue quite a bit lately and I am hoping to find a resolution. When I connect the USB directly between a laptop Dell or Lenovo and an interactive board Clear Touch or Viewsonic, the USB Billboard Device loads and the touch functions correctly on the panel. However, if the USB is plugged into the docking station USB-C type dock, the USB Billboard Device does not load, the USB generic hub displays an error in loading, and the touch does not work at all on the panel. The laptop recognizes that the cable is plugged in with the "connect tone" but the touch communicat

BILLBOARD AND USB 2.0 Hub

Hi, I have a BILLBOARD USB and USB 2.0 Hub that pop up on my device as if they were connected. I tried all the fix on this site for BILLBOARD with not successful outcome. Can someone explain why this is happening and how to fix it. Thanks.

Billboard problem

Dear All,

I have a billboard 2.0 USB Type C. compatible with Displayport 1.2 Alt mode with two output port 1 HDMI and 1 VGA.

If I try to use it on a microsoft surface with window 10 there is no problem I can attache a VGA display for example.

But If I try to use with my hp laptop with Window 11 the billboard doesn't work the system see the billboard in the usb devices but I could use it only as Headset

And If I attach the VGA cable to a monitor VGA I can't see anything.

Could you help me?
