Windows 10: USB-C Ehternet adapter not working when E-GPU is pluged in

Hello :So i have the issue that my USB-C Ethernet adapter is not working when i plug my E-GPU in. I have two USB-C Thunderbolt ports. When i unplug the E-GPU the Adapter works fine.It´s a combined USB-Hub with Ehternet. Regardless of the E-GPU plugged in or not my Keyboard and Mouse pluged in the Adapter always work fine.Can someone help me?Best Regards!**** moved from german to english Community ****

USB-c to hdmi adapter doesn’t work

It should if you have USB-C, but even then these adapters are not that reliable - nowhere near as good as using an HDMI or Display Port cable.
