Windows 10: USB-C headset problem

I would like to use my AKG USB-c headphones that came with my galaxy s20 with my windows10 notebook, but the problem is that i cant use the microphone when a program is playing sounds or music. So i can only listen or only use the microphone. When i plug the headphone windows give this message: "not enough usb controller resources".

• Is this the first time you're trying to install or connect your USB headset to your computer?
• Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port on your computer?
• When you connected your headset, did the PC recognize it?

To help us isolate and address the issue, we suggest that you perform the hardware troubleshooter. Follow the steps below:

• Open your Control Panel.
  
• Under System and Security, click Find and fix problems.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Hit Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Headset USB not recognised Win 10

This is what the Device manager is showing me when i expand the USB list, The issue is i do not know where my headset is on this list, i have 5 USB cables going into my computer, one of which is the headset, but when i remove it and put it back in, there
is no change to this page, even when i scan for hardware changes. if there is a general driver for all USB's then i would install that but im not sure there is. i have turned the option on to show hidden devices, just incase it was there, but no luck.
