Windows 10: USB C issue

I have a new Android phone that I can connect to my Windows 10 laptop with a USB A cable without any issue. When I use the manufacturer supplied USB C cable my laptop does not recognize my phone at all. No "ding" sound, it doesn't show up in device manager, it just doesn't exist.... I tried 4 different cables.I also connected a different phone to this laptop's USB C port and without any issues it is recognized by Windows. I also use a YubiKey with that same USB C port without a problem...When I take the phone that is not working on my laptop and connect it to the USB C port of my roommate's la

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
