Windows 10: USB-C plug does not detect external monitor anymore

hi,I have a lenovo T14s 3rd generation with windows 11 pro.I usually use a USB-c adapter with an HDMI external monitor, the external monitor is usually recognized on both USB4 plugs.Last week I updated windows and now the USB4 plug I usually use, cannot detect the external monitor anymore.As a test, I plugged the USB-C adapter to the other USB4 plug and it works as it should, meaning, the usb adapter works correctly.I also have Linux on the same machine and both USB4 plugs work with the external monitor.All this information leads to think that the issue is with the windows update, maybe a driv

USB-C not detecting displays on Windows 11

I cannot connect my HP Pavillion 15t-eg100 to two external monitors. I am using a lenovo docking station and two lenovo ThinkVision T24i-30 monitors.

I have two monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse plugged into a docking station. When I plug the docking station into my laptop via USB-C, the keyboard and mouse work just fine but the monitors do not. All accessories work when connected to another laptop (which is running Windows 10). I know this is not an issue related to cables because I can swap between laptops and the screens are instantly detected. It is worth noting that the USB docking station is also actively charging my computer, so it should be capable of sending video unless I misunderstand.

Here are the steps I have already taken:

• Rescan to detect monitors several times
  
• Check all cable connections/power
  
• Update all my drivers
  
• Check for software updates and restart my computer
  
• Install Thunderbolt Control Center to attempt to detect displays
  
• Install Lenovo Accessories and Display Manager to attempt to detect displays
  

 

Laptop not detecting external monitor

I'm using a laptop with an RTX 380.

I used an external monitor via Hdmi and it worked fine,

until I connected a USB webcam.

I was receiving a video via the camera app for about 5 seconds. After that, both monitors started flickering black and than the external monitor just wasn't detected anymore.

I Updated windows and reinstalled the Geforce driver multiple times without success.

The laptop is still not detecting any monitors via the Hdmi-port.

 

External monitor detected as camera

I have 2 identical Dell laptops. When I plug my external monitor into one it is detected automatically and everything works. With the other when I plug in the monitor it's detected as a camera. My display device, monitor and camera drivers are all identical
and updated. In the Device Manager when I plug into the laptop that works the monitor appears under Display Adapters, as it should. But the other shows it under Cameras as a USB Video Device that won't start. Hope someone has an idea on this. Thanks.
