Windows 10: USB C to HDMI no longer working after Windows 11 install

I recently purchased a USB to HDMI adapter for duel monitor display, but it isn't working and windows doesn't recognize any other displays. Mine is window 11, I checked and all up-to-date in device manage. my screen display "no signal"

USB C to HDMI no longer working after Windows 11 install

My USBC to HDMI is no longer working after the windows 11 install. I am still able to run one of my screens using the HDMI to HDMI, but I can't run my second screen now as I keep getting the same error advising that the display connection might be limited. I had no issues prior to the update, and also tried to just use and adapter but get the same error.

 

Windows 11 breaking USB C to HDMI adapter

Hi I've been using a USB C to HDMI adapter for years. After updating to Windows 11 this has stopped working. I cannot use my third monitor which is annoying as a developer. As a developer I have been on a bunch of forums that all said the same thing Windows 11 doesn't work with USB C to HDMI adapters I've tried updating and downloading and messing with my drivers nothing has fixed it. I have tried to get a new adapter that did not work. My adapter is working on any device that has Windows 10 and not any device with Windows 11. I would like to revert to Windows 10 but I've been past the allotted 10 days and I don't really want to go through the hassle of backing up my computer and using installation media, but I will if I have to is there any other solution to my problem?

 

usb-c hub and video display

My USB-C HUB no longer displays video. The monitor is recognized I can move file and programs on the monitors but there is no vidio display (used HDMI, DP and vga connetions on the USB-C HUB. This occured after the July Windows 11 update. Any suggestions?
