Windows 10: USB-C wired earphone is not detected on my Windows 11 Laptop but works with a wired...

2 days ago i used my usc-c wired earphones to talk and hear audio. Howver today when I want to use it, it's not detected.I already:Restart my laptopChecked Windows update Up to date.Checked audio inputs & outputs in device management, all audio drivers say the best driver is already installed.Checked sound, video and game controllers in device management, same message as above.Unplugging and replugging the cableFlipping the cable upside down It's USB-C so it can be plugged in, Can't read it either.Plugging the USB-C earphone into my phone, It works.Surprisingly, using my other wired ea

Wired earphones not working on windows 11

Hey there,

Ever since i installed windows 11 i have not been able to use wired earphones on my laptop. is there any way to solve this as i would really like to use wired earphones on my laptop.

Additionally, after updated to windows 11, it keeps draining my 8G RAM. I cannot revert to window 10 easily but I would very much like to.

For the wire earphone, I tried Headphones not working on windows 11 - Microsoft Community (Replied on January 20, 2022) which doesn't work at all

Wired earphones not working on windows 11

Hi Igor,

My wired earphone is not detected (below screenshot). I am sure that I plugged in my wired earphone and the same earphone is working with other computers. Usually, if I plugged in my wired earphone and restart the computer it would work. it would not work if I plugged out the earphone and plugged it again. That means I have to plugged in earphone and restart to make the earphone work. However, it is not always feasible. Do you have further suggestions please? Thanks.

 

Earphones not working both wireless and wired!

When I plug my earphones in laptop everything works normally untill unless I remove them and plug-in then it stops working, nothing I can hear from my earphones neither from laptop spearkers. It seems laptop have detected the earphones but unfortunately it can't seem to function properly.

This problem gets fixed if I put laptop on sleep and wake it again or just restart it but it happens again when I remove earphones and plug them back.

There is something happening when I remove my earphones and re-plug them.

I'm also using wireless earphones, so far it connected it with bluetooth and in setting I can see my earphones are connected and also saying it's battery but when I play a music, it doesn't play the sound in earphones but uses it's laptop speaker. (In wired earphones my laptop neither uses speaker or earphones) but here it's using speaker while I'm connected to laptop using bluetooth.

strange enough, my all drivers are upto date from my laptop manufacture.
facing this problem for like more than 2 month.

both my wired and wireless earphones both are working fine with other devices.
