Windows 10: USB Camera keeps disconnecting/connecting when trying to access it

Hi, I have a external USB Razer Kiyo webcam that seems to not be able to connect anymore with the model number RZ19-0232 connected to an ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI motherboardWhen I open the Camera App I initially get the error code 0xA00F429EIn the device manager I can see that the camera is there, but everytime I try to access it, it disconnects after a couple of seconds, and then within a second it reappears, and then just cycles this behaviour.I have also repaired and reset the camera appI have the tried updating the drivers, but no difference.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the USB

Xbox 360 controller keeps connecting/disconnecting

My xbox controller keeps connecting/disconnecting, I hear the audio notification from Windows 10 that it's connected then disconnected constantly. I'm trying to play rocket league but my controller keeps going on/off. I've tried different ports front and rear on my PC and disabling USB power saving and selective suspend settings. The controller itself is fine, I swapped with my brother, mine stays connected on his, his on mine has the same problem. Any ideas?

If you have the camera connected to the computer, I would suggest that you disconnect the camera and then try to open the Camera app.



If the camera app opens, follow the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + C” from your keyboard to open “Charms bar”.
• Select “Settings” option.
• Select “Permissions” option.
• Turn on “Allow this app to access your: Webcam and Microphone” option.
• Lose the app by pressing “Alt key + F4” from your keyboard.
• Reopen the Camera app.
• Connect your camera and then check how this app works.

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.

  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.
  
• 
  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
  Properties.

  On the Power Management tab, change the power management settings.
