  1. Usb device being weird.

I have this usb device which usually works for my computer... Randomly it stopped working, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in... But I noticed as I did that, whenever I unplug the device, the computer thinks I am plugging it in, like it makes the noise of a usb device plugging in, but in reality I'm unplugging it... Same goes with plugging it in. Regardless it doesn't work. I don't know if it's clashing with another device, because whenever I plug in the device in question, it disables one other device, but not all of them. I don't know, I am truly just confused.. If anyone has any ideas

    :)
