Windows 10: USB device plug stop auto powe off display

hi, when my ps4 controller is plug on my pc, my computer do not turn off my display after 5 min.Win11 the ps4 controller is shutdown and only plug for recharge the battery.If you can fix that bug it will be great.thx you

USB device not working on Optiplex 9010

I did plug in external HDD and went to device manager.
There is none of unknown devices in the list (picture below)


OK disabled and enabled USB 3.0 root hub and then pluged in external HDD,here is exclamation mark I got:

No display and usb device power after driver verifier

I was having a problem with bsod so I decided to run driver verifier followed all steps on the wiki and made a restore point also. Well when I restarted it forced the bsod like it was supposed to but when it restarted after that I'm not getting anything
on my display and I'm not getting any powe to usb devices. No display or anything is being output to my monitor and no power to usb no matter what port I put my devices in so I have no way to to initiate recovery or restore what do I do?

To have clarity on your query, kindly help us with the following information:

• What is the make and mode and model of your PC?
  
• What is the make and model of your sound card?
  

Ideally, these controls are managed by your sound card drivers. If you’re using Realtek sound card, I suggest you to enable the auto popup dialog whenever a device is plugged in, in the Realtek HD Manager and see if it works.

• Open Control Panel and categorize by
  Small Icons.
  
• Locate Realtek HD Audio Manager and open the same.
  
• Click on the small folder icon below Device Advanced Settings
  and to the right of Analog Back Panel.
  
• Check Enable auto popup dialog, when device has been plugged in and
  Save the changes.
  
• Exit Realtek HD Audio Manager, reboot the machine and plug in your headset to see if it works.
