Windows 10: USB Devices Disconnect and Reconnect without Input

I started having this issue about two weeks ago where the USB devices I have connected to the rear IO of my motherboard will disconnect for a split second, and then reconnect. The real problem is that when they reconnect, I lose all input through them even though they're still receiving power RGB effects still on. I've tried unplugging and re-plugging them but they still don't receive input afterwards. Even restarting them will not fix the issue, I have to reset my motherboard cmos by turning off my PSU.I've tried looking at Windows Event Viewer, and nothing is ever occurring at the same tim

I turned off Power Management but no luck. As for the Resources tab in Device Manager, it's not showing up for my network adapter. I tried reinstalling it and updating it but it's not showing up.

You seem to have a number of issues going on with your PC that you might take a look at that motherboard.

Anyway it would help if NerdSquardMember expanded on their suggestion. That said, it may not be an IRQ conflict. However, you can easily check your network adapter by simply going to Device Manager and right clicking the adapter, then clicking Properties, then click Resources...




If there is a conflict, it will be shown

You might also go to the Power Management tab there and un-tick "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.

  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
