Windows 10: USB devices disconnect in fullscreen applications, shift-tabbing in Steam games, and when...

Hello,After upgrading from a 1080 Ti and "upgrading" to Windows 11 at the same time I have run into a weird issue where my USB devices will randomly disconnect then reconnect, but only in true fullscreen applications, when ****-tabbing in Steam games, and when streaming on Discord. Occasionally I will run into the same issue when playing some other games in "borderless" which usually works fine such as in Cyberpunk 2077, or the new Hogwarts Legacy, or as far as I remember Forza Horizon 5.I've tried reinstalling Windows 10, upgrading back to Windows 11 and reinstalling Windows 11 again. B

Unable to Tab out of Fullscreen Games


Hello,

When I had Windows 7 I was able to press the Windows key to tab out of Fullscreen Games and Applications. With Windows 10 I am unable to tab out of Fullscreen Games and Applications. Is there a setting or something that I am missing? I have tried everything, Please Help.

After Updating to windows 10 steam application and games dont open

Windows 10 Steam game crashes
