Windows 10: USB devices randomly disconnecting.

So ive been noticing in recent weeks that my USB devices such as mouse and keyboard, have been disconnecting at random intervals and it has become quite annoying. when it disconnects i hear the windows sound of disconnecting and reconnecting and it only disconnects for about a second. ive tried updating windows, updating drivers, changing the power settings for usb in device manager, and it wont stop happening, im wondering if this is a software issue with a windows update or a hardware issue related to my motherboard, if anyone could help me figure this out i would greatly appreciate it.

Usb devices randomly disconnect

I am having an issue with my USB devices randomly disconnecting. I think it's because of my headphones but I'm not sure. Whenever I disconnect my headphones, the problem is gone. Usually what happens is my headphones randomly disconnect and I have to move the cord around the place just to get my keyboard and mouse to work again. It's pretty annoying because it happens very frequently.

 

Windows 11 Ghost USB device randomly connecting and disconnecting

1. At present, whether the USB devices randomly connected and disconnected only in specific USB ports, are other USB devices connects normally?
   
2. Assuming that it only appears in a specific USB port, we may need to trace the reason of this problem back to the driver or hardware level of this USB port.
   

All USB devices function normally. I can plug a device into any of the three ports and they work. This unknown device can still appear even if nothing is plugged in.
When I click on the description for the unknown device, I do get an error code 43. The driver is listed as follows.

USB randomly disconnecting and reconnecting

Someone, I need help. My USB devices started to disconnecting and reconnecting after a second. It happens randomly, and I don't know what it is related with.

This issue occurred after I clean my PC. I knew what I did, I mean I didn't disconnect something, and now it's not working or something else...

I saw this thread on Microsoft support and did all described there, but it didn't help me. What I did:

1. reinstall chipset driver
   
2. uninstall all USB devices in devise manager and then rebooted
   
3. changed the power control of USB devices in the device manager
   
4. changed the power control of USB devices in control panel
   
5. power recycle my PC (turn off → unplug the power cables → press and hold the power button...)
   
6. updated my bios
   

Also, I am sure, that it is Windows problem, because I have dual boot Linux and there are no problems on Linux.

Also, I am pretty sure, that it is not dual boot problem, because there was no problem earlier.
