Windows 10: USB devices stay powered after shutdown — suddenly stopped after power outage

Who can answer my question? Every time I shut down my system, I noticed that the lights on my mouse and keyboard would stay on until I turned off the PSU, even though I had already disabled the "Wake on USB" setting in the BIOS. This behavior continued for a whole month — the lights would remain on unless I unplugged the power.But today, there was a power outage at my house. After the power came back on, I was able to use my computer without any issues. Later, when I shut down the system, I noticed that the lights on my mouse and keyboard turned off automatically without me having to switch of

Stay usb power on after shutdown on windows 10

I have MSI-P45 Diamond motherboard and Windows 10 64bit. I'd like to enable usb ports power after shutdown.
If I turn off the PC from Windows they won't stay on but if I press power button after POST screen they stay on.

I tried with the following settings:

BIOS Settings:

Windows Settings:

• Power Options > High performance
  
• Plan settings > Advanced > usb selective suspend > disabled
  
• Device Manager > usb > allow computer to turn off this device to save power > disabled
  

Could anybody help to solve this problem

 

Win 10 won’t stay shut down after power outage

Got an power outage 2 days ago and after that my PC wont shutdown. I only have 1 USB connected and I un plug the USB and try it still lights on the computer. I can't remember anything aside from the outage. Please someone help.

 

Power Outage

Power surges can (sometimes) cause computer failures. But power outages don't. I've shutdown laptops, desktops, and servers hundreds of times by simply cutting power. No problems.
