Windows 10: USB didn't detect a device, and more. Help!

Hello,So I have this laptop for a while and it worked just fine until something happened today.I got my mouse and headset plugged in all USB holes. All worked fine until I plugged my headset out and back in. My laptop didn't detect the headset, so I plugged out and back in again. Still couldn't detect it, I tried to plug my flashdisk and my laptop still couldn't detect. Tried to unplug and plug back my mouse, and turned out the USB holes couldn't detect a device.I restarted my laptop, and it took forever to finally reach the logo screen. Didn't reach it and got itself this weird bluescreen. It

Lumia 625 not detected

Dear microsoft.

If i conect my lumia 625 to pc it didn't detect my phone. if i try to search automaticaly for updates via device manager it gives me a constant sound of connecting disconecting and give me the usb error device malfunctioned.

I instaled my usb 3.0 drivers for my motherboard.

I also tryed on 4 diferent pc's, and even on 2 linux distributions, and my lumia isn;t detected.

i tryed to reinstal driver, conect on rear usb , i tryed usb 3.0 and 2.0, didn;t detect my phone.

My phone make a sound when i connect to pc, but not in windows explorer listed.

Please help me.

Device Manager Un-Hiding Hidden Devices

When you connect a plug and play device, Windows Plug and Play manager detects it, finds and installs the driver. Device Manager lists the device with a solid icon.

The driver is only removed when you uninstall the device, not simply by disconnecting the device. When the device is disconnected, its driver is still installed. By default, Device Manager only displays connected devices. When you show hidden devices, note the Bluetooth icon you see is semi-transparent (not opaque). That indicates a "non-present" device. Sometimes also called a "ghost" device. The driver is still installed but the device is not currently detected (i.e. not connected).

Device can be disconnected when

• Device unplugged (e.g. removing a USB device)
• Turning a device OFF
• Disabling the device in BIOS (then windows won't detect it) or
• Device failure

So

• Check BIOS as suggested
• Check board connections
• Can b/t be turned off by a switch? or keyboard combination?

Also possible the b/t h/w failed

 

Help identify usb device

I didn`t have any issues in Device Manager with 1607, but Windows installed 1703 tonight, everything is fine but I found this small issue in Device Manager. Should I just start unplugging usb devices to see if maybe a connected usb device is causing the message ?

Or does it look like it`s on the motherboard ? Or just a 1703 glitch ?
