Windows 10: USB disconnect and reconnect within 1-2sec on AMD x570 motherboard

hiAfter windows 10 pro force update to version 22h2 and USB driver update around july, my mouse and external HDD dock disconnect and reconnect ramdomly.Sometime, I have error code 0x80070079 or HDD are at 100% time usage but 0 mb/s download during hour or HDD disappears on disk management. Must of the time, only usb disconnect and reconnect within 2 sec many time in the row ramdomly.It happen mostly during hour of gaming doom ethernal or massive data transfert more than 1tb sata hdd to USB HDD dock.System:Windows 10 pro 22h2AMD ryzen 5700xmotherboard MSI mag x570s Tomahawk max wifi memo

You seem to have a number of issues going on with your PC that you might take a look at that motherboard.

Anyway it would help if NerdSquardMember expanded on their suggestion. That said, it may not be an IRQ conflict. However, you can easily check your network adapter by simply going to Device Manager and right clicking the adapter, then clicking Properties, then click Resources...




If there is a conflict, it will be shown

You might also go to the Power Management tab there and un-tick "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

USB devices disconnecting/reconnecting

I turned off Power Management but no luck. As for the Resources tab in Device Manager, it's not showing up for my network adapter. I tried reinstalling it and updating it but it's not showing up.

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.

  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.
  
• 
  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
  Properties.

  On the Power Management tab, change the power management settings.
