Windows 10: USB DRIVER DIDN'T RECOGNISED OR MALFUNCTIONED: AFTER UPDATING MY WINDOWS?

I was using windows 8.1pro in my pc but I had upgraded it to windows 10 pro last year because it was so popular at that time and I still using windows 10 pro on my pc...but after updating windows I got usb driver issues, everytime when I insert hard disk or connect mouse and keyboard it says that windows doesn't recognized or it is malfunctioned. When I contacted so many help desk of microsoft, but none of them get me a right advice about updating windows. Do I have to move to my earlier version of windows if this issue not fixed and manufacturer says that do not update your pc to windows 10 because we don't have software at that level. What should I've to do in this concern?

USB Malfunction

I have Windows 7 64 bit on my ASUS laptop and am having problems with the USB for my ddr mat.

USB headset, mouse, keyboard all work. The DDR mat driver installs and works on other computers and laptops but on my laptop it gives me a driver not found, USB has malfunctioned/damaged. I have tried it in all of the different USB ports on the laptop, nothing works.

Any ideas?

 

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

 

USB Device Not Recognised

The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it.

This is the message I am getting. My other USB's work fine.

This particular one, I have tried on 2 other laptops - same message.

There are a few word docs on there only,

Best Buy want $650.

Any suggestions?
