Windows 10: Usb drivers problem after backrolling from version 24H2 back to 23H2

Hey, dear community I hope you all have a happy holiday! But I have a problem after rolling back an update from Windows 11 24H2 back to Windows 11 23H2, I back rolled because a game didn't work in that version and now none of my usb drivers are reconizing anything and they are showing error code 39 i will add a screenshot of device manager of the usb devices. Can somebody help me please? Sorry for grammer problems and the language in Windows is Lithuanian.

It is not recommended to clean install version 24H2 directly, it is best to instal version 23H2 from a bootable USB and if you want your PC to be stable, it is best to stay on version 23H2 until version 24H2 is released, insider builds can be unstable and cause system crashes.

When you create a bootable USB to install version 23H2, you must go into BIOS to temporarily disable Secure Boot, because most PC's will not boot from a USB if Secure Boot is enabled, then after the installation you can enable Secure Boot.
