Windows 10: USB endless time to reconise something

In a Acer Travelmate P645 laptop, after some update, the USB take 15 minute to reconise something i plug. After it was reconised, it work normally. If i plug the device before start up windows, it was reconisec normally. I try to replace drivers etc but notting work.

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?

endless updating

my nokia N80-1 is updating endless, it stoped on step 3 and now it says do not remove the phone so how can i stop this endless updating or cancell it and start again step by step.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
