Windows 10: USB Enternal Drive goes to sleep within seconds Win 10

This is actually a clean install. I have followed all advise as regards to power settings. Even looking back to old registry hacks. Nothing works. I frequently access this drive, and it spins down almost instantly, greatly slowing down my work. Not using a hub.


I see this has been a issue for a long time, is there any NEWER fix than the ones back from 2018?

Windows 10 goes to sleep after 60 seconds of inactivity

The above thing did not help. I did not had any problem for months but from the last few days some thing happened automatically. My windows 10 goes to sleep if I am reading an article after about 60 seconds. Their also came some changes in my screen savor
and the appearance of my desk top.
