Windows 10: USB Extender Not Reading

Hello, I have a 3.0 USB extender with 4 ports. When I plug in my foot pedal to listen to audio and my security key for my software, it doesn't read both. It seems to only read one USB at a time. Is there a setting on my computer that will allow for both USB's to be read at the same time? Or is this because of the 3.0 USB extender type?

I suggest you to update the USB drivers by following the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
• Right click on the drive, select Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen prompts.

How to reformat USB Recovery Drive


Part of the commands and results were missing from the image.

Open adminstrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
diskpart
list disk
select disk #
(replace # with the disk number for the flash drive)
attributes disk clear readonly
exit

no audio on extended display

We would like to know more information from your end to know what is the next possible step that we can offer for you to resolve your issue.

• Were you able to get an audio on your extended display before? Or is this the first time that you will set up an extended display with your computer?
• Aside from the HDMI cable, have you tried using VGA cable instead to connect to your extended display?
• Can you verify if you have any audio on your speakers if you are not connected to the extended display?
