    USB HDD not found by System Image Recovery


    Hi, I'm using a Dell laptop running Windows 10I have made a system image onto a Toshiba External HDD 3.0.I then place a System Disc DVD made previously on another Laptop into the drive of the laptop I wish to recover.I attach the Toshiba External HDD to the laptop along with the System disc inserted.Restart>f12> select the boot off the system disc and enter the windows setup.All ok.The scan for the HDD with the image fails to list the HDD.It seems as though the windows setup cannot see the HDD due to a driver issue?If I start the laptop as normal the HDD is seen and lists ok in the Devic
