Windows 10: USB Headphones identifier

Hi all,


Im just wondering about this but it's kinda hard to explain.

I have my USB Headphones but whenever i plug them on a different they got a different identifier number.

My computer has four USB ports and I've plugged on three of them creating "1 - Headphones", "2 - Headphones" and "3 - Headphones" by creating the headphones software.


My goal, if possible, is delete "1 - Headphones" and " 2 - Headphones " because i already made my set up and dont any plant to modify the actual wiring.

Already tried to unninstall the software for the Headphones on just one USB port, but still keeping the identifier.

Do you have any idea how to make this change?

This issue might resolve making the headphones as default device in Playback devices.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Speaker icon (Volume icon). Select
  Playback devices.
• Select Headphones and click Set default.
• Click apply and check if the issue resolves.

i would also recommend looking at the Audio Technica m50s if this is your first step into audiophile headphones.

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.

 

USB Headphone

Hello, I have bought USB Headphone recently but unable to use it as no popup comes and also there is no devices shown for my USB headphone. It works fine with my 3.5 mm audio but I am frustrated as I am unable to setup my USB headphone. Please, suggest
me a way to make it work.
