Windows 10: USB Headphones stop working randomly and sound bar becomes laggy not responding

I have this issue with my PC, sometimes I'm just using my PC normally and the sound on my headphones just goes off. No error displayed. When I check the sound control and try to play with the sound volume, the bar becomes unresponsive and does not play the sound it usually does. Everytime this happens, I have to restart the PC i order to have sound coming from my USB headset.Notes:- I can still listen to sound on my PC if I change the audio device to my monitor and the sound comes from my monitor.- It's not a problem of my headset since I've recently bought another to try and fix this issue bu

Sound randomly stops working in Windows 10 / Also Start bar stops working.

Randomly my sound stops. I switch my default device to my headphones and it works, but eventually that randomly stops too. When I try to test the audio, it says it cannot because they are being used by another device.

Additionally, my start bar doesn't work sometimes. I can hover over things and select from their menus, but clicking on icons like my notification icon, the search bar or the start button do nothing.
