Windows 10: USB headset suddenly not recognised

I'm running windows 10 on an Acer predator PC from a good few years back now. I got a new Logitech headset with a wireless USB dongle to plug in. Have been using this for a while now. Suddenly last night it stopped working and I got a notification that the USB device is not recognised. I've tried a full system reboot, and I've tried using it on another device and it says the same thing. Nothing happened to the headset or USB dongle, it just suddenly stopped working in the middle of using it. This is what the Device manager is showing me when i expand the USB list, The issue is i do not know where my headset is on this list, i have 5 USB cables going into my computer, one of which is the headset, but when i remove it and put it back in, there
is no change to this page, even when i scan for hardware changes. if there is a general driver for all USB's then i would install that but im not sure there is. i have turned the option on to show hidden devices, just incase it was there, but no luck.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Headset USB not recognised Win 10

I recently received a Nemesis Kane pro edition gaming headset (part of a pack), it has USB and lights up when inserted into the pc, Windows however does not even recognise that i have a headset equipped, I attempted finding drivers and even troubleshooting
any errors that may occur (Faulty USB slot Etc.) and yet nothing has solved this issue. when i use the headset i receive no playback or voice recognition what so ever. i read that drivers for Win 10 and USB headsets are a minefield to make it work, however
my existing headset, that is not USB seems to work perfectly. I would like to add that the new headset works if it uses the pink and green cables it also came with. would like a response, even if it is a redirect to a forum page on how to fix it.
