Windows 10: USB HID Power Device indication issue

We would like to make a UPS as a USB HID Power Device which contains 4 batteries. At first I made a simple device that reports the average charge of all 4 batteries to the host. When I connect the device to my computer running Windows 10, I can see a battery icon in the tray with the correct charge level in percent.The next feature that I would rally like to implement is the ability to see individual charge levels for all the batteries. I made a HID report descriptor containing four UPS application collections, each identical to each other. When I connect the device to the computer and click t

Problem with HID (Human Interface Device) Drivers Missing

It doesn't need to have two USB Input HID Driver, only one would work fine.

To check for possible cause of the issue, we suggest that you run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key. 
• Type Troubleshooting. 
• Click Hardware and Sound. 
  
• Click Hardware and Devices. 
• Follow the on-screen instructions. 

If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the driver.

Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

Follow these steps on how to update the driver:

To do this, follow these steps:

• In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
• Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
• Follow the instructions to update the driver.

If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.

USB Device taking up too much power, must disconnect

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you to reinstall the USB drivers and check if it helps.

• Press Windows Key + X, and select Device Manager
• Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section by clicking on the
  "+" sign.
• Uninstall each of the devices under the
  USB Controller section by right-clicking on each one, and then clicking
  Uninstall.
• Close the Device Manager and
  restart your computer. Windows will automatically re-install the USB controllers in your computer, without you having to do anything further. Your computer will now run USB devices properly.

Also update chipset drivers for USB for windows 10 from the manufacturer’s website.

I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter and check if it helps.

The power troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix any incorrect power settings. Refer to these steps to run this troubleshooter:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting and select the
  view all option on the left pane.
• Click on Power troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
