Windows 10: USB input driver error 45

Hi guys, Im currently using window 10 pro version 22h2 and im facing an issue with my mouse.So it keep said usb not recognize.And right now it shows nothing,when i checked the driver it missing the USB input.I have tried to reset window and use window creation media but none of them work.I tried updating too but not working as well,when i click properties on the driver it is like this:I also tried to uninstall too but window wont install it back also i tried startup repair but it said it cannot help me.

USB 2.0 INPUT SUDDENLY WILL NOT WORK WITH USB 3.0

Since this is the case and the mouse is still not responding properly to your inputs when plugged
into a USB 3.0 port, we suggest that you attempt to manually update the device drivers in Windows 10 by following the steps on this link. This will provide a step by step guide on how you can manually uninstall a device driver and reinstall the
device driver afterwards. Refer to the last section of the page provided for the manual uninstall steps.

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message? We suggest uninstalling and re-installing USB drivers and check if the issue persists. To do that, please follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
  
• Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Right-click on the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click on
  Uninstall to remove it.
• Repeat these steps for the entire USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Restart the computer. Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

Touchscreen unresponsive unless I remove the USB Input device driver

• What USB input device are connected to your tablet when this issue with the touch screen is happening?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix this issue?
• Have you tried using your device without the USB input device?
