Windows 10: USB keyboard, mouse and other devices only working on certain ports.

My keyboard Logitech G105 and mouse Logitech G304 only works on specific ports. The mouse only works on the USB 2.0 port at the top and the keyboard only on USB 3.1 port at the bottom. When I connect these devices on any other port, it does not recognized. This is not a big problem because I can just connect the device on the port that it will work on. I did not think that this would be a big issue.


Yesterday, I connected my controller Logitech F710 and it does not work. It recognized a USB device is connected, but it does not input anything. I thought my controller is broken because I have not used it in a long time. So, I tried to connect my webcam, and it also does not work. Now, any new USB devices will not work with the computer

I have tried to update the drivers using DriverHub and the device manager. Still, nothing works.
Any ideas?
