Windows 10: USB keyboard not working in the bit-locker screen

USB keyboard not functioning in Bitlocker screen on boot upThe situation:- first time setting up Bitlocker on home desktop for the C: drive- enabled Bitlocker without TMP security through group policy + set-up a pin code- pc has "Fast Boot" setting turned onProblem:- on reboot Bitlocker screen appears asking for PIN code. BUT, USB keyboard does not function.- I cannot enter the PIN, I cannot enter BIOSTried all available usb ports on the tower to no avail. Have been searching the internet, but so far the solutions are: "try the on screen keyboard" no can do, this is not a Surface, or "go to

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.

I have a lonova yoga book windows 10 blue screen bit locker tried options can't get anywhere not really proficient WITH DOS i do have a bit locker key id dont k ow how to use it keep hitting dead ends my skills are limited any insight would be greatly
appreciated by also with the blue screen the halo keyboard doesn't come on

HI i got a issue regarding the bit locker. One of my drive got the encrypted in bit locker, neither the key is available on Microsoft account nor got saved on my USB. how can i resolve it. Currently i am using Windows 10 Home version.
