Windows 10: USB-mic input freezed but didn't disconnect

Hello,I've been struggling for a while now with an error on my USB microphone. It first occured during a discord call where my input freezes.What I mean by that is that de USB mic stays connected but the sound can't get through screenshot. You can see it is connected but the small blue line that normally moves freezes and sound can't get through.It is connceted by a USB cable into a USB-C hub into my laptop, my intention was to hide the hub with a USB-C extension cable.But it seems that the error occurs with or without the extension cable.I can temporary fix the problem by disconnecting the

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

 

Bad Input Mic behavior (reversed) is it Hardware ?

I'm having a problem with my front mic input when I try to plug in my headset mic. It works with the back-panel input but front input does not work.

I had a deep look and I found something strange with this input...

Normally (back mic input behaves like that) the device status is 'not connected' when my mic jack is not connected and it turn “connected” as soon as I plug the device. But for the front device, It’s the complete opposite. Its connected
when nothing is connected and turn disconnected when the mic is plugged.

Do you think it could be a software/driver or anything configuration problem or is it Hardware?

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
