Windows 10: USB microphone doesn't work properly after 2004 update

I just had the 2004 update for my Windows 10, after that, I can't have voice chat with my family via apps like Skype but Cortana can hear me perfectly! The microphone I am using is built-in an USB webcam, which works fine before the update.


I tried to record my voice in the system built-in recorder, and I found out that my microphone can actually record my voice but in a very very quiet level, I have to amplify the audio file +15dB for THREE TIMES to make it to normal level.


I checked everything about microphone settings, and I'm very sure that the volume is set to 100%, and as you know, Cortana can hear me!


The little bar in "Settings/System/Sound/Input/Test your microphone" is running well, but "Set up a microphone" in Control Panel came up with " the computer did not hear you very clearly". It seems there's a microphone setting conflict in system itself?!


Now I still can't chat with anyone but Cortana on my computer!

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.

 

My headphones microphone doesn´t work

I recently updated my Asus laptop to windows 10 and noticed that my microphone doesn´t work anymore. Before it was working well and after the update it started using my laptops own mic and in settings i cant change input to anything

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
