Windows 10: USB microphone stays powered when computer is shut down?

I recently got a new computer, and I notice that when I shut it down the red power light on my Blue Yeti stays on, but the device isn't on? I don't hear anything from it as I have my headphones plugged into it. But the light does turn off when I flip the the power switch on the back of my PC. The best way I can explain it is the device seems to be getting power, but isn't on. I was wondering if there is a setting somewhere that is causing this to happen.

USB ports stay powered after shut down

USB port stay powered after shut down on my Windows 10 computer. Before I had Windows 7 and I didn't have problem, everything turned off when I turned off my computer. Now when I shut it down my mouse and headset stays on. How could I fix it? Kinda annoying
when you want to sleep and your mouse is flashing..

Computer is an Acer Aspire Desktop XC-1760 running windows 11, when I shut the PC down the USB anything plugged into the USB ports are staying on, how do I set the USB ports to shut down when I shut down the computer (not sleep mode but power off)
