    Hello all,
    I am trying update my system BIOS.
    The System Board has an update for it.
    Boot to Windows 10 UEFI does not enable the USB mouse and keyboard, and I do not have a PS2 combo to attempt, although I am not sure that will work either, depending on consensus.
    Might this be Legacy BIOS/UEFI mode related?
    Boot partition has prefix part. for UEFI (100MB) and is Healthy.
    Boot disk is Basic GPT off a Samsung 830 120GB SSD.
    SSD holds Windows only on it.
    I have tried other ports onboard USB 3.0 as well as 2.0.
    Any clarification would be most appreciated.

    Unable to get HID PROXY enabled Bluetooth dongle to be recognized by Windows 10 at UEFI boot

    I bought a Laird BT820 usb BLE dongle which is set to start in HID proxy mode but my UEFI bios does not see it. The dongle support BLE devices such as my HP Z8000 BT mouse but it is not seen when booting. It works fine once Windows loads but I'm wondering
    what I need to do to get it to be seen as UEFI boots.

    Anyone have ideas or had success with another dongle for bluetooth devices to be seen at boot?

    USB Mouse does not work | Boot to BIOS/UEFI

    The USB mouse and keyboard should work fine - make sure it is plugged into the USB 2.0 port. A wired mouse and keyboard may be better but even the wireless versions should work.

    Can you use an ASUS Bios update utility to update it so that you do not need to go into the BIOS but can do it from within Windows 10?
