Windows 10: USB Mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting after the latest windows 11 updates

Ok, so I have a computer in my house, I just bought it in October. Its already set up with the OS, MS office apps, and some games that I bought for and had them installed and ready to go. I paused the windows updates for a while because my isp was having maintenance and forgot to resume it after 3 months. So, I used it for 3 months till November 15 when I remembered and resumed the updates for win 11. After the updates It started disconnecting and reconnecting of my mouse, so I thought it was on the hardware so I changed the mouse with a new one but the problem persisted. I tried these so call

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.

  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.

  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click

1) Try these fixes for the known issue of USB disconnecting and reconnecting in Windows 10 and 11:

2) Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page. Everything else depends on this.

3) Establish a Clean Boot to get rid of Startup freeloaders that can hog resources and cause issues by conflicting:
