Windows 10: USB Mouse randomly turns off

Hello everyone.So, I use a laptop ASUS TUF A17 FA706ICB + additional 16gb ram + 1tb ssd with Win11 Home 24h2 Build 26100.2894I have an issue with randomly turning off usb mouse Hator Pulsar Essential without turn off sound. In the Device manager still displayed three USB Composite Devicesas if mouse still connected Also I using a laptop cooling pad via usb - this device is working stable.It can happens both, while I'm gaming and while I'm surfing.This issue was combined with almost dead usb ports, but recently they were replaced to new on a service center.I have already tried:-use different

Mouse and keyboard turns off randomly

my mouse and keyboard turns off randomly sometimes also by audio for no reason idk was is causing this. Sometimes is just the mouse turns for a few seconds then sometimes my keyboard and mouse any idea why this happens also i checked my that my usb is not faulty. Also it sometimes happen when I flick my mouse.

unfortunately there isn't a lot to a usb mouse. what i would suggest is checking the power management settings on it.

Right-click the start menu and choose device manager
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers at the very bottom
Double-click on each HUB you have listed, click Power Management Tab at the top, and UNCHECK "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power"
You may have HUBs called Generic and Root Hub. Perform the step above on All of them.

If you continue to have the issue, i would imagine your mouse is malfunctioning. Perhaps try another mouse just to be sure. This will help you determine if it is in fact the mouse of computer causing the issue.

USB Mouse and keyboard pausing, then "Catching up" randomly

There are actually lots of reasons why you experience Lag issues when using your USB keyboard and mouse connected to a docking station. It could be due to driver issues, hardware compatibility or a faulty hardware.

2. What is the make and model of your device?
3. Is your computer connected to a company domain?
4. What is the current build and version of your Windows 10?

In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to isolate the issue:

• Install all the latest Windows cumulative and security updates.
• Download the latest USB driver from the manufacturer's website.
• Try connecting the mouse and keyboard directly to the computer.
• Perform a Clean Boot.
• Try using a different USB mouse and keyboard.
• Update BIOS firmware to the latest version.
