Windows 10: usb needs more power than port can supply

    How to NOT make a USB port supply power during startup?

    Hello Everyone,

    Please how do I ensure that, at startup, the USB ports (either individual or all of them) do not supply power until startup is complete?

    Power surge on USB port

    Power surge on USB port keeps flashing, Unknown usb device using more power than port can supply. Tried reboot, nothing has been plugged in but AC cord. Once unplugged this happens.
