  1. USB Port Not Enough Resources message with 2004?

I just recently upgraded to 2004 from 1903. Sometimes when I plug in my USB C earbuds I get a warning message saying the USB device does not have enough resources. I've looked and it seems this happens when too many USB devices are connected. However the earbuds are the only thing plugged in. Also my USB C port stopped working completely once yesterday and wouldn't recognize anything I plugged in.

Is this a known bug with 2004? I'm not sure what's causing the warning message. After I restarted my PC the port also began working again.

  3. USB 3.0 Not enough resources, works with USB2

Everything works fine as long as I connect to the USB 2.0 port. The problem is HP is obsoleting the USB 2.0 in favor of the USB 3.0.

The Host computer is a HP Elite One 705 with a AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller.

We are currently using 2 cameras ( Videology part number 20B45MR-1) connected to two video cards (60V002USB-C-3V3) . The two video cards are connected to a 6 port powered USB2 Hub, 2 ports for the video and the other 4 ports used for other devices.

The problem is when we connect to a USB 3.0 port on the host computer. I get the following error message for one of the cameras “Not Enough USB Controller Resources, The Controller does not have enough resources for this device”. I can view only one camera
at a time, but not two simultaneously.

The USB 3.0 driver on the HP is up to date. I also tried using USB 3.0 hub but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
