    Hello, My problem is that all of my USB ports are not working I've also tried different USB devices and ports it doesn't work. The error is code 43, Device Descriptor failed . The error started after I was formatting my laptop my USB mouse is not working and in the event viewer the error shows "Device settings for USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&362a6bfd&0&6 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match." Also there is a second device that i don't know of with same error in the device manager but I have only one USB device connected this unkno

    When I connect my Tascam 202 MKVII cassette player to record through USB port using Windows 10 OS, the USB port shows this message and does not recognize the hardware.

    May I please know, How to get rid of this issue?

    I have a USB device (X.Vision PCDVB-3100)
    It work properly in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
    But now in Windows 10 when I connect it to USB port, The Windows give me this error:

    “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
