Windows 10: usb ports on lenova ideapad flex 4 not recognizing... anything

Discus and support usb ports on lenova ideapad flex 4 not recognizing... anything in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I've already opened device manager, opened the usb controller and made sure all 3 usb drivers were updated.     usb ports on lenova ideapad flex 4 not recognizing... anything


    I've already opened device manager, opened the usb controller and made sure all 3 usb drivers were updated. I then restarted my computer. Still not recognizing my backup drive

    Windows10 won't recognize 3 of the 4 usb ports

    Dell computer running Windows 10 stopped recognizing 3 of 4 usb ports. Only port recognized uses wireless mouse.

    Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:

    Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :

    The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :

    Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:

    Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.
