Windows 10: USB problem

A family relative from Canada recently made a video of a family funeral.We then linked his Ipad to my Windows 10
pc and downloaded the video to a 32GB USB stick.This is perfect when shown on the pc but when connected to a
TV the video is 90 degrees on it`s side with no way to rotate it on the TV.Has anyone else experienced this sort of
problem,and is there a solution?

USB to Mini USB problems.

I replaced my LG external CD-ROM drives cord. It plugs into the laptops USB port and uses a Mini USB to plug into the CD-ROM reader. However after updating to Windows 10 the Mini USB specifically will not be recognized by the computer (code 43). I have
shut down the laptop (can not take out battery), and have uninstalled, and reinstalled the USB controllers. Neither have worked. Any suggestions?

-What is the make and model of the laptop?

-Did to try connecting the device to a different USB Port.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if that helps.

Method 1:

Run Hardware and device trouble shooter.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

a. Press Windows key + W to search Settings.

b. Type “Troubleshoot” without quotes and click on Troubleshooting in the results displayed on the left side of the screen.

c. In the new window, click Hardware and Sound.

d. In the list of options, click on Hardware and Devices.

e. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.



Method 2:

Install the latest Chipset Driver from the manufacturer’s website.

Go to the manufacturer’s website, download and install the latest chipset drivers.
