Windows 10: USB receiving keyboard won't type

Recently my mother disconnected my logitech USB receiver for the keyboard and I've plugged it back in but the keyboard doesn't type anymore, I've checked the batteries, restarted the pc, the usb ports are all functional, I've tried a second usb receiver for a different keyboard with all the usb ports, and that keyboard also does not type, the computer detects the USB devices, with the connect and disconnect sound, and in device manager Universal Serial Bus Controllers, a USB Composite Device shows up amongst 3 others that already existed, the keyboard worked perfectly fine before the receiver

Logitech wireless keyboard won't type anything

I have a Logitech K800 wireless keyboard and Performance MX mouse running off of the same Unifying Receiver on Windows 10. All of a sudden, the keyboard doesn't type anything. The function keys work (I can mute, change volume, etc), but I can't input any numbers or letters.

The mouse still works just fine. The keyboard pairs correctly using the Unifying software and when I press a key on it, the icon lights up that the computer received input, but nothing happens.

I tried using the keyboard on another computer and it works just fine, so it must be a Windows issue. Strangely enough, my spare Mac corded keyboard works just fine (and that's what I'm using to type this)...

Searching for this issue and trying the few suggestions doesn't yield any success. Many recommend updating the device driver from the Device Manager, but the only keyboard listed is the corded Mac keyboard. Plugging the Unifying Receiver into different USB ports also doesn't change anything, nor does simply rebooting the machine.

What could possibly be causing this?

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

Logitech wireless keyboard won't type anything

I fixed this issue by taking the following steps:

• I uninstalled the keyboard from the devices under Device Manager
  
• I rebooted
  

and the keyboard was reinstalled with the same driver.

Now it is typing fine.
