    USB Storage device IS visible in control panel but NOT in file explorer. How can I access it ?


    Hi I have connected a mass storage device through USB and it is visible on the control panel and device manager and running blue power light on the external drive but it is not visible on the file explorer so I can not access the files on it. Please help as there are a lot of very sentimental images and videos saved on the external device. Thanks
