Windows 10: USB tethering doesn't work - The "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device" do not even...

Unfortunately, the USB tethering does not work on my pc. Yesterday, I tried to share the internet from my android phone. It just did not work, as soon as I toggle on the USB tethering option on the phone, it automatically toggles off. This wasn't the problem before, I was able to use USB tethering.I have searched, and it somewhat seems that the solution is to update the driver "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device" on my PC.However, this driver does not even exist on my pc. I checked the device manager and it simply did not show the driver.So, am I supposed to download this driver from so

My USB Tethering doesn't work ever since I re-installed Windows 10.

I've been trying to fix this problem but every guide showed me to update the drivers for the Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device.I do not
have the Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device showing in the device manager.

Unfortunately, the USB tethering do not work on my pc. Yesterday, I tried to share internet from my iPhone. It just did not work.

I have searched about, and it seems that the solution is to update the driver "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device".

However, this driver do not even exist on my pc. I checked the device manager and it simply did not show the driver.

So, am I supposed to download this driver from somewhere, or is there any special approach to handle this problem ?

It is Windows 10 64-bit

Windows 10 Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device not connected

The same error code still appears in Device Manager. I've tried disabling it and re enabling it but that didn't make any difference. Before the Remote NDIS internet sharing device was working perfectly. I wanted to reset my computer and reinstall windows
and now the Remote NDIS internet sharing device isn't detected anymore. I have never touched or move any connections and i'm not sure where to find this Remote NDIS internet sharing device connection.
