    usb thetering from mobile to usb 3.2 in desktopwent from 100mbps to 20mbps and tried to restart both pc n phoneTried to change usb ports for cable+tried my new usb cable i had since before and it did nothinglooked around the google nd found out that many was less then happy after update in win 11Help please only internet connection i got at the momentprobably only i will have to in 2024Thanks 4 help

    Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

    The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

    Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

    • 22000.xxx is 21H2
    • 22621.xxx is 22H2
    • 22631.xxx is 23H2
