Windows 10: USB Tethering Suddenly Stoped working

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+, I have been using USB Tethering for 4 years, never had a problem until now. I've reset the PC and the phone multiple times, I even tried updating my phone, updating drivers by chosing Microsoft manufacturer and the Remote NDIS Compatible device option to no avail. The Internet icon switches between showing it connected and 30 seconds later shows it disconnected, no matter what state I cant access the internet from my PC. What should I do?

We appreciate the detailed reply. To continue troubleshooting, let's reset your Internet connection settings and cache. To reset your Internet connection, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the list.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
  • Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
  • Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
