    Hello all!

I have a 64 GB PNY USB 3.0 that has a few folders on it that contain the hidden Thumbs.db file. I need to delete them but the file is preventing me from doing so.

    Here's a screenshot of my USB's content.

I don't have a view tab so I'm unable to choose to see the hidden file and it's its own drive so I can't move it under something else to access the hidden files from there. There's also no Disk Cleanup option.

Does anyone have anything for me? These fromPC folders are really ticking me off.

    :)

    Multi-bootable USB

Hey guys from TPU, couldn't find any specific thread pertaining to the question asked on title. As mentioned, I'm trying to create a bootable USB, but with many specifics boots available.

I've been trying to create one with multiple boot device including one that enables me to run Windows 10 directly on the USB Thumb Drive but to no avail.

The list of bootable images i'm trying to create are

    1. Windows 10 (A full OS running from thumb drive)
    2. Windows 10 ISO (Bootable disk image for fresh install)
    3. MemTest86+

Have tried YUMI or UUI from the website USB PenDrive Linux but as this is my first time, i don't know how am i screwing up or am doing it right.. Anyone got a rough idea on a step by step guide? Thanks!

  3. usb thumb drive

Press Windows key + X Click Task Manager Click the Processes tab Scroll through the list then select Windows Explorer Click Restart See if you can eject it. If that does not work, it could be an issue with your USB controllers. To disable and re-enable
the USB controllers, follow these steps: a) Press Windows key + X, click Device Manager. b) Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers. c) Note: You might have to scroll down the list to find this item. d) Right-click the first USB controller under Universal
Serial Bus controllers, and then click Uninstall to remove it. f) Repeat the above step for each USB controller that is listed under Universal Serial Bus controllers. g) Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware
changes and h) Reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

    DB files

    Hi Diarmid,

A .db file is a database file format for Windows. It stores data information in a series of tables, table files, and field data values. To best address your concern, we need to answer the following questions:

    • Which application are you using to open the .db file?
    • Are you getting an error message when trying to open the file? If yes, kindly provide us a screenshot.

We will be waiting for your response.
