Windows 10: USB Transfer speed very slow on windows 10

I am trying to transfer some files from my PC to flash drive and it is transferring the files very slowly. The speed it is giving is around 3-4 MB/s only. I have checked my flash drive on another computer and it is working fine. I tried reinstalling windows and it worked. I got around 35MB/s but it is happening again. i think it is happening because of windows 10 because it is working fine on windows 7. Is there anything that i can do to fix this? also i updated my motherboard's bios so i am not sure if it is happening because of that. Please Help!

USB Device Not Recognized in Windows

We suggest that you disable Remote Differential Compression and see if it helps speed up the transfer rate.

To do that ,please follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + W and type “turn windows features on”.
• Select Turn Windows features on or off.
• Uncheck the box for Remote Differential Compression and click
  OK.
• Restart the computer then check.

One of the possible reason that this issue occurs is due to the driver compatibility after Windows upgrade. For us to isolate the issue, we’ll need the following details:

• What type of data transfer speed are you referring to? Is it internet connection speed or file transfer speed?
• If you are referring to file transfer speed, are you using USB drive or Bluetooth to process file transfer? or,
• If you are referring to internet connection speed, are you using Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?
• Can you tell us any troubleshooting you've done so far?
