Windows 10: USB troubles

Hi, recently I've been having an issue with my usb ports. I can currently have my keyboard, mouse and an external hardrive plugged in, but if I try to plug in anything else, one of them will be deactivated, as if its prioritizing certain ports. I've tried all of my usb ports and It doesn't really matter which ones I use as I still get the issue with all of them. It's not a faulty psu as I just replaced my old one which I had when the problem started when installing a new graphics card and I'm still getting these issues.

I've tried updating the usb drivers and disabling and reinstalling them but nothing seems to work.

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

 

HELP PLEASE!!!! Trouble installing windows from USB on ASUS P9X79

You have to select the option in the bios to boot from the USB drive. Did you take the steps to make the USB drive bootable?

 

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
